Each small batch of our Chai is blended by hand in our Chattanooga kitchen—a family activity in which I and my teenage daughter, put on our aprons, turn up the radio, and get to mixing spices. We use the same family recipe I started with years ago: combining cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and cardamom with black tea, powdered milk, and creamer to create the perfect Chai treat.

Original blend: contains: sugar, unsweetened black tea, non-fat dry milk, non-dairy creamer, french vanilla creamer, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and cardamom.
